By using the True Colors personality assessment tools participants gain a better insight into their values, strengths, abilities and stressors. The program provides a list of careers that would be a good fit with the participants skills and preferences all resulting in career choices that are fulfilling and enjoyable.
This program is ideal for people entering the workforce, those who are re-entering the workforce, and those who are looking to change or enhance their current employment.
